Our Cancellation Window
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time. Here's how our policy works:

How To Cancel Or Reschedule
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment any of these ways:

We'll confirm your cancellation or new appointment time within 15 minutes during business hours.
Service-Specific Refund Policy
Cleaning Services (Air Duct, Dryer Vent, Chimney)
If you are not 100% satisfied with the cleaning, contact us within 7 days. We will:
- Return at no charge to address your concerns, OR
- Refund the service in full at our discretion
Repair Services
Repairs are backed by our 20-year workmanship warranty. If issues arise:
- Within 90 days: Full re-work at no charge
- Within 1 year: Materials & labor warranty applies
- Within 20 years: Workmanship warranty (re-do labor at no charge if our work fails)
Installation Services
Installations include both manufacturer warranties and our 20-year workmanship warranty. Refunds for installations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis if issues cannot be resolved through warranty repair.
No-Show Policy
If we arrive at your scheduled time and you are not home or available:
- We wait up to 15 minutes
- We attempt to call your provided number
- If we cannot reach you, a $50 trip fee applies to cover travel time
- Trip fee is waived for first-time customers and emergencies
Our Cancellations
If we need to cancel or reschedule (rare — typically due to weather, equipment issues, or technician illness):
- We notify you immediately and reschedule at your convenience
- Priority booking for the next available slot
- 10% discount on your rescheduled service for the inconvenience
- If you've prepaid and don't want to reschedule, full refund within 3-5 business days
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed as follows:
- Credit/Debit Card: 3-5 business days back to original card
- Bank Transfer: 1-3 business days
- Check: Mailed within 5 business days
- Cash: Refunded in person or via certified check
Disputes
If you disagree with a charge or refund decision:

- Most issues are resolved within 24 hours
