The agreement between you and Green World Air Care

1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking, scheduling, or receiving services from Green World Air Care ("Company," "we," "us"), you ("Customer," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
These terms apply to all customers in Connecticut and govern the relationship between you and Green World Air Care.
2. Description of Services
Green World Air Care provides residential home services in Connecticut, including but not limited to:
- Air duct cleaning
- Dryer vent cleaning
- Chimney cleaning
- Chimney repair
- Chimney installation
- Related inspections and assessments
Service descriptions on our website are for informational purposes. Actual service scope is determined upon inspection and outlined in your written quote.
3. Booking & Scheduling
Appointment Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. We will confirm your appointment via phone, text, or email within 15 minutes during business hours. Same-day appointments are available based on technician availability.
Arrival Window
We provide a 2-hour arrival window. We make every effort to arrive on time. If we arrive more than 30 minutes after your window, you receive a 10% discount on your service.

4. Pricing & Payment
Quotes
All quotes are provided upfront before work begins. We do not perform additional work without your written or verbal approval. Final pricing is based on actual scope of work.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept:
- Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- Check (made payable to Green World Air Care)
- Cash
- Bank transfer (for larger jobs)
Late Payment
Payments not received within 30 days are subject to a 1.5% monthly late fee. Accounts 60+ days past due may be referred to collections.
5. Access to Property
You are responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the work areas. This includes:
- Clearing pathways to the chimney, ducts, dryer, etc.
- Securing pets in a separate area
- Removing valuables from work areas
- Ensuring an adult (18+) is present or providing remote access authorization
6. Customer Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate contact and property information
- Disclose any known issues with the systems being serviced
- Allow reasonable time for completion of work
- Pay agreed amounts in a timely manner
- Treat our technicians with respect
7. Service Warranty
Workmanship Warranty
We provide the following warranties on our work:
- Cleaning Services: 90-day satisfaction guarantee. If issues arise within 90 days due to our cleaning, we'll re-perform at no charge.
- Repair Work: 20-year workmanship warranty on masonry and structural repairs.
- Installation: 20-year workmanship warranty plus manufacturer warranties on materials.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not 100% satisfied with our service, contact us within 7 days. We will return to address concerns at no additional charge or refund the service in full at our discretion.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranties do not cover:
- Damage from misuse, neglect, or improper operation
- Acts of God, weather damage, or natural disasters
- Damage from third parties
- Pre-existing conditions disclosed in our inspection report
- Normal wear and tear
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
- We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions in your home
- We carry $2,000,000 in liability insurance for accidental property damage caused by our team
If property damage occurs due to our negligence, we will repair or replace the affected items at our expense, or compensate the customer accordingly.
9. Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute, please contact us first to resolve informally. If informal resolution fails:
- Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Hartford, Connecticut
- Connecticut law governs these terms
- Both parties waive the right to a jury trial
- Class action lawsuits are not permitted
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, photos, and branding are the property of Green World Air Care. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without written permission. Customer-provided photos remain the property of the customer.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for:
- Unsafe working conditions
- Abusive or threatening behavior toward our team
- Non-payment of past invoices
- Misrepresentation of property condition
- Any reason at our reasonable discretion
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
